After observing my refrigerator’s condition for 3 weeks, I want to sincerely thank and appreciate the service provided by technician Ismail Syed from Al Zam Zam Service. His work was sincere and professional. My previous experience with (Raghvendra Services, RTC X Road had been disappointing and later found they also cheated me too).but this time the issue was fixed properly , perfectly and to my complete satisfaction. Really appreciate his quick resolution it is clear he was aware what damage was done and what needs to be addressed indeed he fixed those which were non-functional by live demo.
I also thank Mujeeb, the owner of Al Zam Zam Service, for ensuring the service was delivered exactly as promised. Excellent service – please keep up the good work always!

Highly recommended and reliable services from Mr. Shareef. Very prompt,punctual and excellent knowledge. Undoubtedly the best so far I have come across. Tried at least six technicians but I was very disappointed. Thankfully, through Indiamart, could get in touch with Mr. Shareef. Too good.
